You can either walk or nNordic walk this route. We will be starting at the bushcraft woodland (http://www.bushcraftcourses.co.uk/Location_bushcraft.htm)
heading towards Newton Beach. Although this is a circular walk, we have never walked the same way twice as the sand dunes are a spagetti of walk ways and directions....There will be lots of interesting plants and trees along the way, that will be pointed out by your instructor.
You must have a good level of fitness, and relevant walking footwear and clothing is advisable. Please be prepared for the weather e.g suncream, water and waterproofs..
