A 1 days beginners course for busy people who would like to take part in the art of nordic walking.
This course was developed for people who are not able to make a 6 week 1 hour session.
The course will start at 10:00am with a 1 hours lunch break (food not provided)
The aim of the beginners course is to:
Go through steps 1 - 4
Learn how to double pole
Walking up and down hill techniques
Nordic walking is a fast growing activity, which not only increases your fitness, but reduces as stresses of the joints. You work harder when you are nordic walking, but the great thing is you won't feel as if you are result!!
Once you have perfected the art of nordic walking you will use 93% of your muscles, and burn 46% more calories than normal walking.
