For all those people who have taken part in a nordic walking course, and would like to explore the Bridgend area. We have put on a monthly roaming walking with our instructor Stuart Martin....
Why not come and explore the wonderful Kenfig nature reserve whilst putting your nordic walking skills to practice.
You will need to wear suitable walking clothing and footwear. Please bring along any medication you may need, and water especially if its a very hot day!
